FindFriends ("FF", "we", "us", "our") is a social platform that allows users to connect with real people, share moments, join communities, chat, make calls, and build meaningful relationships via our mobile app, web application, and associated services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using FF, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
To use FF, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. Your account is personal to you — you may not gift, lend, sell, transfer, or otherwise allow another person to access your account.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users between 13 and 18 may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

FindFriends retains all rights to its software, designs, trademarks, and proprietary content.
FF may offer AI-powered features (recommendations, moderation, matching). AI output does not represent FF's views. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content. AI features are provided "as-is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
FF may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms, harmful conduct, inactivity, law enforcement requests, or suspected abuse. You may delete your account via Settings with a 30-day grace period.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". FF makes no warranties regarding reliability or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
